Guides
Step One
Welcome to Workrise
An operations expert will introduce you to Workrise and answer any questions you have throughout the onboarding process.
Create Your Free Account
We'll email you a link to create your profile. For security reasons the link will expire in 48 hours. And if you have any questions, reach out to your Workrise representative.
Step Two
Create Company Profile
The information you share will be made available to both the company you're onboarding for and other operators in the Workrise network who are looking for vendors like you.
Provide Your General Business Details
This includes details about your company size, years in business, and any small business or diversity classifications you have.
Add Key Contacts and Office Addresses
By adding the primary contacts at your business, your HQ, and field office locations your clients always know how to get in touch. These can be updated any time so clients have the most accurate information.
List Your Services and Locations
Include all your services and service locations so your current clients know all the ways they can work with you. The more complete your details are, the more likely you are to show up in search results when operators search the Workrise vendor network.
Step Three
Complete Your Work Requirements
Upload all your required documents to be securely stored on your account.
Contracts and Work Order Agreements
If you're contracting through Workrise, you'll receive a Docusign email to sign the Workrise MSA and work order agreements. If you aren't contracting through Workrise, your client will send you any applicable contracts to sign directly.
Safety and Compliance
Upload your certificate of insurance, the last three years of OSHA forms, and your safety program documentation, then complete a brief safety questionnaire. Our team will review your documents and follow up if anything additional is needed.
Payment and Tax Information
If you're contracting through Workrise, add your preferred method of payment and tax information. All vendors contracting through Workrise submit invoices to Workrise and get paid by us. If you're contracting directly with a client, they'll manage invoicing and payments.
Step Four
Get to Work
Once onboarding is complete, you're ready to get to work and get paid.
Your Workrise account keeps all your client details, required documents, company profile information, and invoices in one place.
Maintain Your Work Requirements
Workrise will notify you to update your documents before they expire so you never have to worry about falling out of compliance with your clients. You can track your onboarding progress with all your clients, and get alerted to any outstanding tasks.
Submit Invoices and Get Paid
If you're contracting through Workrise, you can begin submitting invoices through your account. The Workrise team will review the invoices against the scope of work so you get paid accurately and on time. You could potentially even opt in to accelerated payments, where you can get paid in as little as 5 days.
Workrise helps you win more business, simplify your operations, and get paid on your terms. For more information about the benefits of joining Workrise, visit this page.
