RigUp is excited to support construction of the Pflugerville Solar Project helping staff up to 350 Austin-area jobs with skilled tradesmen who have previous solar and large scale construction experience.

Who We’re Hiring:
-Construction and Skilled Tradesman crews
-The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, visual acuity, depth, and color perception
- Physically capable of working in various positions including squatting, kneeling, standing, or stooping for extended periods of time
- Perform any and all duties assigned by their supervisor, the majority involving physical work
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions outdoors (sun, rain, hot, cold, mud)
- Ability to safely lift heavy objects
-Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills
-General familiarity with power tools preferred
-Minimum age 18
-Valid Driver’s License
-Provide personal transportation to and from the job site
-Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
-Must pass 10 panel drug screen
-Willing to complete OSHA 10 training (if certification not current)
